Told my number isn’t activated and to call client care. Problem is I have lost access to the original email used when bought the phone as well forgotten the password or info. As far as I know all the payments for bills are up to date as they are done credit card. The ref # given doesn’t work.

If your Prepaid phone is lost or stolen, you should suspend your service right away. Here’s how to do it quickly: Log in to your Koodo Prepaid Self Serve account. Select the Koodo Phone Services tab. Select Koodo Suspend Service in the Lost/Stolen Phone section. You can also Contact Us to suspend your service.
